How did you get started in real estate? I had been in the wine business for almost 15 years and was looking for a change. I was raised in Washington, and a friend suggested that I try real estate. I was interested in finding a business opportunity that would enable me to continue to help people and provide mewith independence.
How long with the current company? Since 1994

Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: I was married last June.

Most memorable house: Once in a while, I walk into a house and it gives me the chills. It is either because I love it myself, or it sings out to me as perfect for one of my clients. One instance was a house over on Grant Road. I knew within 30 seconds of walking in the door that it was perfect for a couple I was working with. We did secure the property, and they are still there.
Worst experience: One of the worst settlements I had was when the seller was a single woman who was an attorney. I was representing the buyer. The seller started off the settlement by yelling at the settlement attorney because the deed said she was divorced. That was the beginning of three hours of unpleasantness.
