Van Metre Homes is building 75 traditional town homes from the firm’s Foxhall Collection at Broadlands in Ashburn, where residents can enjoy an array of recreational amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, nature trails, the Stream Valley Park and an amphitheater.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front with stone accents, 5-inch vinyl siding, a sodded yard with a rear fence and gate and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, ceramic-tile flooring and tub and shower surrounds in all baths, a master bath with a tub and separate shower, a high-tech communications system, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,900 to 2,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $374,990 to $459,990.

The Broadmoor model, with 2,900 square feet, is priced from $459,990. This home features a lower-level entry next to the two-car garage. This has a recreation room, a powder room and a fireplace. Buyers can add a full bath, a den and a game room.
