Ryan Homes is building 162 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Charles Crossing in Waldorf, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts and a play area for children.

The builder is offering a promotion of $10,000 in additional features or a finished lower level in addition to a $10,000 contribution toward closing costs.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Three-car garages are optional.

Inside, eight models feature four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; smooth-finish ceilings; 42-inch oak cabinets, GE appliances and a storage pantry in the kitchen; a security system; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,247 to 3,189 finished square feet, with base prices from $368,900 to $442,900.

The Oberlin model, with 2,646 square feet, is priced from $415,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, which can include a tray ceiling. Across the rear of the home are a corner study, a powder room, a family room with decorative columns, and a wall of windows and an open center-island kitchen with a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional tray ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower, and a double-sink vanity. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.
