Craftstar Homes is building 32 garage town homes at Clarksburg Town Center in Clarksburg, where plans include a community pool, multipurpose courts, a retail center, a village green, nature trails and tot lots.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include natural stone accents on the ground level, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car rear-entry garage. Stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all four models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 baths, ceramic-tile flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown moldings, 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen, a high-tech wiring package, and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,100 to 2,600 finished square feet, with base prices from the high $300,000s to the low $400,000s.

The Annapolis II model, with 2,400 square feet, is priced from the high $300,000s. This home features a garage and a foyer entrance on the lower level, which has a finished recreation room.

The main level has an open living and dining room, a powder room, and a family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area and separated by a knee wall from the dining room.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower with a seat and a double-bowl vanity. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and another full bath complete this level.
