The homes have 3,019 to 3,483 finished square feet, with base prices from $489,990 to $524,990.

This home features a library with double doors and a closet off the foyer; a living room and dining room with columns; and a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area, a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. The family room is open to the breakfast area and can be expanded with an adjacent sunroom and screened porch. Off the garage are a mudroom with a closet, a powder room and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets; a juice bar with an optional sink; and a bath with a corner tub, a separate shower and two separate sinks.
