Correction

The Washington Times on April 20 misstated in a graphic the vote of Rep. Bennie Thompson, Mississippi Democrat, on House voting rights for the District. Mr. Thompson voted in favor of the bill. Rep. Gene Taylor, Mississippi Democrat, voted against it.
