Comstock Homebuilding Cos. Inc. is building 46 single-family homes on 3-acre or larger homesites at the Woodlands at Round Hill.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a stone water table, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; maple cabinets and Corian or granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have 2,857 to 3,666 finished square feet, with base prices from $649,900 to $724,900.

The Richmond model, with 3,100 square feet, is priced from $674,900. This home features formal living and dining rooms on either side of the foyer and a corner library with an adjacent powder room. Buyers can opt for a first-floor master suite in place of the library.

This level also has a two-story family room with columns. The adjacent kitchen and breakfast area has a door to the laundry room and garage.

Buyers can add a sunroom near the living room and near the kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath with a corner tub set underneath two windows, a shower and two separate vanities.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level. Buyers can choose a one-level family room and add a fifth bedroom with a private full bath to the upper level.
