Instead of ingesting calories from lunch, visitors to the National Museum of the American Indian (Fourth Street and Independence Avenue Southwest) can marvel at how Canada’s Metis Indians burn them off during a free concert today from noon until 1 p.m. Students from the Ecole Aurele-Lemoine in St. Laurent, Manitoba, will showcase traditional Metis music and dance.
