Toll Bros. Inc. is building 2,700 single-family homes in Loudoun County, including homes in the Glen at Loudoun Valley that will be built on quarter-acre lots.

The community has 300 acres of preserved space with parks and trails. Three community centers are planned, each with a swimming pool and tot lots, along with athletic fields at the school sites and a retail center.

Each home will have 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, sodded lawns and a two-car garage. Some models have a brick front and some have three sides of stucco.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; and two-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have 2,600 to 3,041 finished square feet, with base prices from $637,975 to $698,975. Homeowner association fees are $97 per month.

The Richmond model, with 3,041 square feet, is priced from $698,975. This home has a two-story foyer with an adjacent two-story living room and a central formal dining room with a double window.

Across the back of this home are a two-story family room with a wall of windows, a breakfast area and a center-island kitchen.

The main level also has a study, a powder room and a laundry room.
