Ryan Homes is building single-family homes on homesites of 4,500 square feet and larger at Clarksburg Village in Clarksburg, a 775-acre planned community with 25 percent of the land designated as open space, a clubhouse, swimming pool, community center, ball fields, trails and tot lots. Plans call for a village center.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include brick foundation, stoops, steps and walks; 6-inch beaded vinyl siding; professional landscaping; and a two-car garage.

All nine models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood or ceramic tile flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,000 to 3,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $464,990 to $599,990. Homeowner association fees are $72.50 per month.

The Tolstoy model, with 3,600 square feet, is priced from $599,990. This home has a tray ceiling in the foyer, with four columns defining the entrances to the formal living room and formal dining room. The kitchen and adjacent breakfast area flow into the two-story family room, which also has columns. Nearby are a study and a half bath. A mudroom and laundry room are adjacent to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath with a central soaking tub, a separate shower and two vanities. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private bath.
