Sturbridge Homes is building 150 condominium homes at GrandView at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, a mixed-use development with shops and restaurants. Residents can enjoy a rooftop swimming pool, hot tub and lounge, a fitness center, a social club and concierge services.

This Anne Arundel County development has electronically controlled access to the garage and building and covered balconies for most homes.

Inside, all 13 models feature one to three bedrooms with one to three full baths; some have a half bath. Standard features include 10- and 11-foot ceilings, ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and baths; granite counter and vanity tops and a master bath with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower.

The homes have about 840 to 3,654 finished square feet, with base prices from $475,000 to $2,000,000. Condominium association fees are $462 and up per month.

The Augusta model, with 1,368 square feet, is priced from the $600,000s to the $700,000s. This home has a laundry room off the foyer, which also opens into the kitchen. The open living and dining area have a glass door to the balcony. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bath. The second bedroom has access to the second bath, which is also accessible from the hall.

The Davenport model, with 1,694 square feet, is priced from the $700,000s to the $900,000s. This home has a laundry room and closet off the foyer, with a central living and dining room with a glass door to a balcony. The open kitchen has a breakfast area, a pantry and breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a sitting area with a bay window, a walk-in closet and a bath.
