Centex Homes is building 50 single-family homes on 9,700- to 20,000-square-foot sites at Clinton Gardens in Clinton, a community with a tot lot within a five-minute walk of shops and a park-and-ride with bus service to the Branch Avenue Metro Station.

Clinton Gardens is five miles outside the Capital Beltway and within a short drive of Andrews Air Force Base.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping including sodded front and back yards and a two-car garage.



Inside, all four models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on all levels; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; and gas heat and hot water.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with a window seat, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
