LOS ANGELES (AP) - Jurors have resumed talks in music producer Phil Spector’s murder retrial.

The Los Angeles Superior Court panel got to work a bit early Monday after having the weekend off and a short day Friday.

Spector is charged with murdering “Barbarian Queen” actress Lana Clarkson in 2003.

The case went to the jury last month but there have been juror illnesses and other interruptions.

Spector’s first trial ended in 2007 with a 10-2 jury deadlock. The majority favored conviction.
