NEW YORK (AP) - In an April 13 story about Goldman Sachs’ first-quarter earnings, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the company cut its quarterly dividend. Goldman declared a dividend of 35 cents. Its last dividend was 46.7 cents, but this was for a four-month period due to the change in the firm’s fiscal year.

Without that extra month, the firm’s dividend would have been 35 cents.
