Paradigm Builders is constructing 69 town homes in the first phase of development at Buckingham Commons in Arlington, seven blocks from the Ballston Metro station and within walking distance of Ballston Common Mall and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Each home in this Arlington County community will include a Federal-style brick exterior with shutters, a rooftop terrace and a two-car garage.

A master suite with luxury bath, two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete the third level.

The fourth level has a loft with a dormer window, a sloping ceiling and a closet. A glass door leads to the roof terrace.
