PORT-OF-SPAIN, TRINIDAD (AP) - President Barack Obama says there is no senior partner nor junior partner among countries in the Western Hemisphere.
Obama made the comments Friday during the opening session of the Summit of the Americas in Trinidad. He says nations must work together based on mutual respect and shared values and interests. Obama says his trip to the summit was meant “to launch a new chapter of engagement that will be sustained throughout my administration.”
