K. Hovnanian Homes is building 60 town homes at Katie’s Grove in Manassas, located a mile from a Virginia Railway Express station and near a community center, parks, golf courses and shopping centers.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn, a bronze-colored lamppost and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; chair-rail moldings; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets in the kitchen; oak vanities with cultured marble tops in the baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,148 to 2,160 finished square feet, with base prices from $259,990 to $269,990. Homeowner association fees are $70 per month.

The Springbrook II model, with 2,160 square feet, is priced from $269,990. This home features a front porch and a lower-level entrance into a foyer. This level has a garage and an unfinished recreation room.

The main level features a front living room with three windows and an overlook to the foyer below. At the back of the home are an open family room, breakfast area and kitchen, with a powder room nearby.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
