Miller and Smith LLC is building 47 town homes in their “magic collection” at the Sanctuary at Fairwood in Bowie, a planned community with a village center for shopping, a clubhouse and recreational amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis courts, a playground and a volleyball court.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick veneer front, low-maintenance siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; ceramic tile floors in the foyer; 10-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch flat panel beech cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile floors and an oversized, glass-enclosed shower; a high-tech wiring system; a gas water heater; and dual-zone gas heat and air conditioning.

The homes have 2,700 to 2,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $319,990 to $339,990. Homeowner association fees are $90 per month.

The Houdini I model has 2,900 square feet and is priced from $339,990. The main level features an entertaining room at the front of the home with two sets of double windows and a powder room.

The center-island kitchen is open to the back of the house, which has a breakfast area with a bump-out space and a great room with two walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a triple window, a double-size walk-in closet, a linen closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include decks, fireplaces, a tray ceiling, patios, a finished lower-level study and a lower-level bath.
