K. Hovnanian Homes is building 67 single-family homes at Lakeview at Brandywine in Brandywine, a planned community with multiple amenities, including a swimming pool and club near Brandywine Crossing shopping center.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick or stone front, low-maintenance vinyl siding and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels, crown and chair-rail moldings, 42-inch oak cabinets in the kitchen, an unfinished lower level and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,549 to 4,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,990 to $479,990. Homeowner association fees are $90 per month.

The Colorado model, with 3,434 square feet, is priced from $459,990. This home features a front porch leading to a two-story foyer that is flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level includes a library with an adjacent half bath and a two-story family room with an optional fireplace flanked by windows. Adjacent to the family room are a center-island kitchen, a breakfast area and a rear staircase. Nearby are a laundry room and a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area, three walk-in closets and a luxury bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower and two vanities. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a second full bath complete this level.

Options include sunrooms, extra baths or bedrooms, and bay windows.
