Pulte Homes Inc. is building 350 single-family homes on half-acre sites at the Hamlets at Red Cedar in Leesburg, a community with a swimming pool, club, miles of walking trails, tot lots, a playground and a butterfly garden.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; flat-panel birch cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths, kitchen and laundry room; a luxury master bath; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,510 to 4,589 finished square feet, with base prices from $539,000 to $739,000. Homeowner association fees are $150 per month.

The Monterey model, with 3,322 square feet, is priced from $639,000. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent library. The foyer opens into the living room, which opens to the dining room.

Across the back of the home are a family room, a breakfast area and the kitchen. The main level also has a half bath and a butler’s pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Buyers can opt for a one-story family room and expand the master suite with a sitting room. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private full bath. A laundry room completes this level.
