How did you get started in real estate? I needed to make a change to have more flexibility to be with my family.

Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: My greatest accomplishment professionally is having been part of the creation and development of Dynamic Duo & Associates LLC.

What is your area of specialty? Having a team of 17 - which incorporates 11 agents - we are able to service multiple client needs. We specialize in short sales, foreclosure disposition, resales, new construction, investment properties and commercial real estate.

Highest-priced home sold: $2,300,000

Most memorable house: I would say that the most memorable home I have had the pleasure of selling was a $2,300,000 home in Clifton. It was truly a nontraditional style home with lots of class, a beautiful entry gate, an outstanding chef’s kitchen and an unbelievable garage. This transaction itself was not unlike many others we handle, because both buyer and seller where happy at the end of the day!

Worst experience buying or selling a house: It actually was buying my own home during the holidays. I realized in that transaction that I had absolutely no control over the people who were putting my loan together, especially at a time of year when the lender was short staffed. This experience helped me to assist my clients even more. I learned that you always need a Plan A and Plan B, and sometimes even a Plan C. I did finally close on Dec. 31!

Family: I have an awesome family! Three kids and a husband who supports all I do!

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City

Community affiliations/community service/outside interests: FMZ Church member, A Better Chance, Hope For Haiti, MS Walk 2007-2010, tae kwon do, spa days

Last movie seen: “The Princess and the Frog”

Describe your personal dream house: Two-level Spanish-style brick home with 5,000 square feet on five acres, two blocks from the water, with upgrades such as granite, marble, hardwood floors, theater seating and a Sub-Zero refrigerator
