Stanley Martin Homes is building 224 single-family homes on sites of a quarter-acre to three-quarters of an acre at Greene Mill Preserve in Leesburg, a development set within a 340-acre nature conservancy that has a community center, a swimming pool, multipurpose courts, tot lots, a village green, ponds, an athletic field and miles of walking trails. Shops, restaurants and entertainment are within a five-minute drive at Brambleton Town Center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick or stone front water table, a brick or stone front walk, 30-year roof shingles, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The main level includes a butler’s pantry, a powder room, a mudroom and a family room open to the center-island kitchen and breakfast area. Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, morning rooms, bay windows, built-in cabinets and a three-car garage with a bonus room above.
