ALLEN PARK, MICH. (AP) - The Detroit Lions have reached the 75-man roster limit by removing two players.

The Lions released offensive tackle Tyler Polumbus on Tuesday, just six days after claiming him from Denver on waivers. They also placed cornerback Jack Williams on the physically unable to perform list.

Williams has been sidelined since injuring a knee in his first game with the Lions last season.
