Mid-Atlantic Builders is building 226 single-family homes on 1-acre homesites at Woodmore North in Bowie, Md., a gated community with a waterfall at the entrance.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, stoop and steps; 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding; brick-pattern concrete foundation walls; professional landscaping; and a two-car garage.
