Would you hire the following people to give you advice?President Obama did.

c Anita Dunn, former White House communications director, is on record stating that Mao Zedong and Mother Teresa are her two favorite philosophers. She later defended the statement.

c Van Jones, the former “green jobs” adviser who claimed he became a Marxist while in prison, was ousted only after it became known that he had signed petitions claiming the George W. Bush administration had carried out the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

c Cass Sunstein, the regulatory czar who questioned the Second Amendment right to bear arms, wrote in his 2004 book, “Animal Rights: Current Debates and New Directions,” that animals should be permitted to bring lawsuits, with human beings as their representatives.

c Science czar John Holdren in 1977 co-authored the book “Ecoscience,” in which he proposed controlling the population by putting sterilants in drinking water and forcing abortions.

c Energy czar Carol M. Browner was until 2008 an official member of the Socialist International Commission for a Sustainable World Society, a group whose key position is that rich countries must shrink their economies to address global warming.

c Federal Communications Commission Chief Diversity Officer Mark Lloyd has praised the “democratic revolution and rise to power” of Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez. He also has called for white media executives to step down from their posts so minorities can take their places.

c Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner failed to pay his taxes for four years. When caught by the Internal Revenue Service, he paid up for two years but did not pay for the other two. He only paid those taxes when he was appointed to the Treasury (which, of course, runs the IRS). His AIG bonus deal is another disturbing matter.

Given Mr. Obama’s association with the vile Rev.Jeremiah Wright Jr. and terrorist William Ayres, the backgrounds of his handpicked advisers come as no surprise to me.
