Pulte Homes Inc. is building 210 single-family homes at Mayfield Trace in Manassas, a community with walking trails and tot lots located near the Prince William Parkway, Nissan Pavilion, golf courses, shopping centers and the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.
