ANALYSIS/OPINION:

In his Tuesday opinion column, “Lincoln or Kagan,” Tony Blankley elegantly explains the source and meaning of the inalienable individual rights which are the essence of our form of government and the reason why we must preserve it at all costs as the last best hope of a free world. Ms. Kagan and the Obama administration have no understanding of this noble American experiment. Worse, they would extinguish it forever.
