Toll Brothers is building 119 single-family estate homes on sites of 3 acres or larger at Waterford Ridge in Waterford, Va.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a driveway monument, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a three-car, side-entry garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 full baths; oak stairs; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, study, living room and dining room; ceilings at least 9 feet high on the main level; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.
