BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND (AP) - American defender Eric Lichaj (Lee-high) has made his Premier League debut.

Lichaj, who played his first match for the U.S. national team last month against Colombia, entered for Aston Villa in the 90th minute of Wednesday night’s 3-2 win over Blackpool in place of Barry Bannan.
