Craftstar Homes is building 42 town homes on 1,800-square-foot sites at Eton Square in Germantown, near the Milestone shopping center, Germantown Commons and the Shady Grove Metro station. The community has a jogging path and tot lots.

The builder is offering $8,000 toward closing costs for buyers who use the preferred lender.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick-and-stone front, 4-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping, and an attached rear-entry two-car garage.

The main level has an open living and dining room at the front with an adjacent powder room. At the back of the home is a family room with multiple windows that is open to the center-island kitchen. Buyers can add a deck off the family room.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with a full bath and a laundry room. Buyers can add a walk-in closet and another full bath to this level.

The loft-level master suite has a separate sitting area with access to attic storage space, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.
