N.V.P. Inc. is building five single-family homes on sites of at least 2 acres at Holly Ridge at Lawnvale Estates in Gainesville, a community with an equestrian facility, a stable and a barn. The community is close to Interstate 66, Routes 15 and 29 and commuter parking lots, as well as shopping areas.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a coach-lantern lamppost, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer, powder room, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch birch cabinets, granite counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a full basement with a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone heating and cooling.

The homes have approximately 3,100 to 3,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $531,900 to $584,900. Homeowner association fees are $90 per quarter.

The Buchanan III model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $551,900. This home features a two-story foyer with double doors leading into a study.

The first floor has a living room, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a breakfast area, and a step-down family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a window seat and a cathedral ceiling in the bedroom, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level. Optional floor plans add extra baths and bedrooms to this level.

Options include finished lower levels, room extensions, morning rooms, bay windows and tray ceilings.
