Ryland Homes is building 60 single-family homes on 5,300-square-foot sites at Reid’s Prospect in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge, a community with a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a tot lot, a multipurpose court and a walking trail. Homeowners will be able to walk to a retail center that is planned for a site adjacent to the community.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt drive and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms and 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a soaking tub and separate shower; a programmable thermostat; low-E windows; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,354 to 3,085 finished square feet, with base prices from $404,990 to $459,990. Homeowner association fees are $85 per month.

The Bridgeport model, with 2,867 square feet, is priced from $439,990. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level includes a library, a mudroom and a powder room as well as a central staircase. Across the back of the home are a center-island kitchen, breakfast area and great room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet; a second full bath, and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, room extensions, extra baths and bedrooms, bay windows, a security system, and boxed ceilings.
