K. Hovnanian Homes is building 32 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Raspberry Falls in Leesburg, a planned community with a golf course and swimming pool near shopping centers and restaurants.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick water table, low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, 2½ or 3½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail molding, a gas fireplace, 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets and Corian counters in the kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, gas heat and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have 2,766 to 4,283 finished square feet, with base prices from $539,990 to $634,990. Homeowner association fees are $192 per month.

The Truman model, with 4,283 square feet, is priced from $634,990. This home features a front porch with columns that leads into a two-story foyer with a staircase, columns and entrances to the formal dining room and the living room.

The main level includes a conservatory with a coffered ceiling and banks of windows on three sides and an octagonal family room with columns and walls of windows. Nearby are an open breakfast area and center-island kitchen with a pantry.

This level also has a private library in one corner, several closets and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, a hexagonal bedroom, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The three additional bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and a private full bath. A playroom and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, morning rooms, room extensions, bay windows and tray ceilings.
