Downtown Bethesda offers residents the opportunity to shop, dine and enjoy nightlife, including movies and live theater, and walk to countless art galleries and street festivals. The Metro station links Bethesda residents to the rest of the D.C. area for even more options.

Prospective buyers looking for a newly constructed single-family home in Bethesda are limited in their choices, though, because few new homes are being built in this solidly developed area.
