The Churchill Group is building 38 town homes and 13 single-family homes at the Vistas in Gaithersburg, a community across the street from the shops and restaurants in Kentlands.

The Vistas includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking paths, a volleyball court, an all-purpose court, parks, playgrounds and a gazebo. The Shady Grove Metro station is four miles from the Vistas.

Each town home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick or stone front, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage with a storage area.

Inside, both town-home models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, two full baths and two powder rooms; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets, granite counters, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with dual sinks and an oversized shower; a high-tech wiring system; a security system; a gas water heater; and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The town homes have 2,380 to 2,466 finished square feet, with base prices from $582,990 to $637,990. Homeowner association fees are $72 per month.

The Riley model, with 2,380 square feet, is priced from $582,990 for an interior unit and from $614,990 for an end unit. This home features a foyer entrance on the lower level with columns framing the entrance to the recreation room. This level also has storage closets and a powder room.

The main level has a separate living room and a dining room with columns, a powder room and an open family room, kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include elevators, decks, a full bath on the lower level, stainless steel appliances and tray ceilings.
