K. Hovnanian is building 124 town-home-style condominiums at the Residences at Dulles Parkway Center in Ashburn, located near shops, restaurants, golf courses and the amenities of Brambleton.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a partial brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a one-car garage.

Inside, both models feature two finished levels with three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on both levels; six-panel interior doors; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets, a stainless steel double sink and a self-cleaning gas range in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the baths; a private master bath; low-E double-hung windows; and gas heat. Some of the homes include a bay window.

The homes have 1,596 to 2,689 finished square feet, with base prices from $291,990 to $336,990. Condominium association fees are $135 to $195 per month.

The Dylan model, with 2,689 square feet, is priced from $326,990 to $336,990. This upper-level home includes a private foyer on the lower level, with a storage closet off the second level of stairs.

The main level has an open living room and dining room with three windows at the front of the home. This level also has a powder room with a linen closet.

At the back of the main level are an open family room with three windows, a center-island kitchen with a pantry and an adjacent breakfast area with two windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a private bath with a linen closet and shower. Buyers can add a spa shower and a second sink.

Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
