Winchester Homes is building 98 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Stoney Springs in Poolesville, a community with walking trails and open space near parks and a recreation center with a swimming pool, and within a short drive of shops and restaurants in Germantown and Gaithersburg.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include professional landscaping, low-E windows and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all 10 models feature four bedrooms, 2½ to 4½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, an oak staircase, a gas fireplace, 42-inch maple cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a high-tech wiring system, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, a programmable thermostat, and dual-zone gas heat.

The homes have 2,833 to 5,139 finished square feet, with base prices from $509,900 to $804,900.

The Belmont model, with 3,793 square feet, is priced from $715,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a curving staircase to the upper level and a double-door entrance to the study.

The main level also has a formal living room and a formal dining room defined by columns. Across the back of the home are a two-story family room with a fireplace, a breakfast area, and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry. A rear staircase leads to the upper and lower levels.

The main level also has a powder room and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a separate sitting area, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, while the fourth bedroom has a private full bath.
