The town homes have 2,049 to 2,711 finished square feet, with base prices from $338,990 to $412,900. Homeowner association fees are $110 per month.

The Stratford model, with 2,711 square feet, is priced from $412,900. This home has a two-story foyer. The main level features a center-island kitchen with a pantry and a breakfast area with a bay window at the front of the home. The kitchen is open to the family room, which has windows on two sides.

This level also has a separate dining room, a living room, a library and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

The lower level has a finished recreation room, a full bath and a storage closet.

Buyers can add a three-level extension with a sunroom, master sitting room and recreation room. Options include a fireplace and a tray ceiling.
