ANALYSIS/OPINION:

We all know the real estate business is the key to turning our economy around and yet there is little said about it.

The banks are bailed out and hold on to their money by making credit hard to obtain. Local taxing authorities keep devaluing property and foreclosures mount. Why aren’t the talking heads tackling the most pressing problem we have - housing? As a Florida real estate broker of 37 years, I know how the game is played: Washington officials don’t care because they have their slice of the big pie.
