ARLINGTON, Va. | Arlington police say a Fredericksburg man has been arrested for driving a stolen golf cart on a highway.

Arlington police say 22-year-old Everths Moran-Reyes was arrested about 5 a.m. Thursday on Wilson Boulevard after he was pulled over in a golf cart that had been stolen from a shopping mall. Police say Moran-Reyes was charged with driving under the influence, grand larceny of an automobile and driving while suspended.
