The Hylton Group is building 114 single-family homes on half-acre sites at the Manors at Ridgefield Estates in Dale City, located near multiple golf courses, parks, recreation centers and Potomac Mills shopping mall.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a Craftsman-style or Charleston-style exterior with a brick water table and a shake or siding front, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four or five bedrooms; 4½ or 5½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and kitchen; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; glass transoms above all main-level doors; oversized molding; chair-rail molding; a fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a finished lower-level recreation room and full bath; and a high-tech wiring system.

The homes have 2,709 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $519,900 to $566,900. Homeowner association fees are $28 per month.

The Emerson model, with 3,254 square feet, is priced from $559,900. This home features a front porch leading into the foyer, which is open to the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level has a powder room, a library and a two-story family room. The center-island kitchen is open to the breakfast area. Nearby are a pantry, a mudroom and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has an oversized walk-in closet and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, and the fourth bedroom has a private full bath.
