Stanley Martin Homes is building 311 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at Hope Hill Crossing in Woodbridge, where plans call for a swimming pool with a clubhouse and walking trails that connect with county trails and parks.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a 30-year shingle roof, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 12 models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, powder room, breakfast room, kitchen and mudroom; 9-foot ceilings on all levels; crown and chair-rail molding; recessed lighting; a gas fireplace; 42-inch birch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,148 to 3,281 finished square feet, with base prices from $369,990 to $499,990. Homeowner association fees are $115 per month.

The Sycamore model, with 3,281 finished square feet, is priced from $499,990. Buyers can expand this model up to 6,448 square feet.

This home features a front porch leading into the foyer. Entrances with columns lead to the dining room and living room from the foyer.

The main level has a library and a central staircase to the upper and lower levels. Across the back of the house are a family room with two walls of windows, a breakfast area, a powder room and a center-island kitchen.

The main level also has a butler’s pantry and a mudroom with a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet; a second full bath; and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished loft and lower levels, room extensions and bay windows.
