K. Hovnanian is building 62 town homes at the Pointe at ArundelPreserve in Hanover, a planned community with a swimming pool, a clubhouse, multipurpose courts and tot lots.

Each home in this Anne Arundel community will include a brick front, low-maintenance vinyl siding, a deck, a privacy fence with lattice detailing, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms, two full baths, one or two half baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail molding, brushed-nickel light fixtures and door hardware, 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen, a pedestal sink in the powder room, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the full baths, a home office on the lower level, a security system, a programmable thermostat, low-E windows and gas heat.

The homes have approximately 1,900 finished square feet, with base prices from $344,990 to $359,990. Homeowner association fees have not yet been determined.

The Pierce II model, with 1,894 square feet, is priced from $354,990 to $359,990. This end-unit home has a front porch off the lower level that leads into a foyer with an adjacent powder room. The lower level also has a utility closet, a door to the garage and a home office with optional French doors.

The main level has a family room at the front of the house with three windows. Nearby are a closet and a powder room.

At the back of this level are an open great room, the kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a breakfast area with a sliding glass door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath. A luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower is optional. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
