NEW YORK (AP) - LeBron James says he’s thankful the NBA is set to return soon and “the fans can get back to watching the game that they love.”

James, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul distributed meals to Brooklyn families Tuesday through Anthony’s foundation. Paul didn’t want to talk about how the new labor deal might affect his future in New Orleans _ or with another team.

The NBA stars distributed about 800 meals in conjunction with Feed the Children and The Boys and Girls Club of America.
