Richmond American Homes is building 20 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Townsend Manor in Clinton, near the Brandywine Crossing shopping center, Andrews Air Force Base and multiple parks.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a stone front, beaded siding, raised-panel shutters and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; Energy Star certification; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have approximately 2,580 to 3,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $399,990.

The Daniela model, with 2,706 square feet, is priced from $359,990. This home features a front porch leading into a foyer flanked by the formal living room and the formal dining room, each of which has two front windows.

Across the back of this home are a study with an adjacent powder room and a two-story family room, which is open to the breakfast area and center-island kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a mudroom with a closet.

Buyers can add a conservatory with two walls of windows off the living room, a sunroom off the kitchen and a deck to this level. The study can be converted to a fifth bedroom with a full bath.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level, along with a tech room off the third bedroom.

Buyers can finish the lower level with a recreation room, a bedroom and a full bath.
