Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms, 2½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, a two-story foyer, 9-foot ceilings, crown and chair-rail molding, 42-inch birch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the full baths and laundry room, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, a high-tech wiring system, low-E windows, energy-efficient sliding glass doors, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have approximately 2,120 to 2,408 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $364,990. There are no homeowners association fees.

The Yorktown model, with 2,212 square feet, is priced from $359,990. This home features a two-story foyer with stairs to the upper and lower levels.
