A man accused of robbing three people at gunpoint before pepper spraying them has been arrested, the Prince George’s Sheriff’s office said.

Roberto Miles was taken into custody on Friday and is being held without bond.

The pepper-spray incident took place June 12 at a hotel in Largo when the suspect and an unknown accomplice stole belongings and a vehicle.

Mr. Miles is also accused of robbing a man and woman at gunpoint on June 21 in the same location. An unknown individual aided him then as well.

Mr. Miles is charged with two counts of theft, use of mace/chemical device with the intent to injure, firearm use in the commission of a crime of violence, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, three counts of armed robbery, and three counts of first degree assault.
