The main duty of the U.S. Supreme Court is to protect the Constitution from federal politicians, not to protect federal politicians from the Constitution. In the recent decision on Obamacare, the Supreme Court failed miserably to fulfill that supreme duty.

If the president, the Congress and the Supreme Court all ignore the words, promises and guarantees of the U.S. Constitution, haven’t we all lost our constitutional rights? If we have lost our constitutional rights, hasn’t every public official lost all constitutional authority?

Every federal, state and local politician judge and employee must swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. When a person takes that oath with no intent to keep it, that person is a liar, a thief and an enemy of our Constitution, our people and our nation.
