The homes have approximately 2,590 to 3,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $639,990 to $684,990. Homeowner association fees are $106 per quarter.

The Empress model, with 2,708 square feet, is priced from $644,990. This home features a front porch with columns that leads into a two-story foyer with a double-wide staircase to the upper level.
