Stanley Martin Homes is building single-family homes on sites of 3 acres or larger at Huntleigh at Creighton Farms in Aldie. Buyers can become members of the Club at Creighton Farms, which includes a golf course, a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center and planned amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts and a sports and wellness center.
